Luisina Ferrante graduated as a History Professor from the University of Buenos Aires, she holds a Master's Degree in Human Rights and Social Policies (National University of San Martín), a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and New Technologies (PENT-FLACSO) and is a PhD candidate in Education and Society (University of Barcelona), in her thesis she is researching the uses of Wikimedia Projects as digital literacy tools during COVID-19 pandemic in Argentina. She worked in Sites of Memory in the areas of education and guided tours and was a member of the Research Team of the Department of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law of the Ministry of Defense. Since 2016 she is in charge of the Education and Human Rights Program at Wikimedia Argentina.
