Dimas Hardijanto began his career as a trainer of WikiLatih, a writing course in Wikipedia for beginners, in 2016. He was Project Coordinator of EUphoria Wiki4Climate, a climate change writing competition, collaborating with the Delegation of the European Union to Indonesia in 2019. Since 2020, he is responsible for the Education Program of Wikimedia Indonesia, which involves freeing knowledge together with the Teachers Association of the Republic of Indonesia, several Indonesian universities, and the Embassy of Sweden in Indonesia.

He also has been an avid contributor to Indonesian Wikipedia since 2016 and has participated in several Wikipedia conferences in Indonesia and the East, Southeast Asia, and Pacific region.
