I work for Wikimedia as EU Policy Advisor based in Brussels, specialising in and platform regulation issues from the perspective of freedom of expression. I coordinated a working group for Wikimedia Movement strategy in advocacy. Previously I was head of policy at Centrum Cyfrowe, a Polish think-and-do-tank on digital rights in culture and education and a President of COMMUNIA Association.
