Robin DeRosa is the Director of Learning & Libraries at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. An advocate for public higher education, Robin is internationally known for her work designing learner-driven structures and approaches for courses, programs, and institutions that reduce barriers to college enrollment and completion and empower students to participate passionately in their own learning.
