Heike holds a M.A. in Cultural Studies and is a systemic coach. She has been working in the non-profit sector for more than 15 years: among other things, she has done campaign work for Amnesty International in London and Berlin and set up and managed a scholarship programme for student teachers at the Foundation of German Business. At Wikimedia Deutschland, she works as Head of Education, Science and Culture and for free access to knowledge and education.
