On the 20th anniversary of Creative Commons, CC is reflecting on the historical development and maintenance of its licenses and legal tools, and thinking about what long-term license stewardship looks like. How do we ensure sufficient care and investment is given to these core community resources, even (or especially) when they are no longer the shiny new thing? This session will serve as the launching point for a wider public consultation about the values and responsibilities that CC should uphold in its role as license steward.
