In this research presentation, we analyze the situation of CC Licenses in Open Software Community through the analysis of the usage of Open Licenses in GitHub repositories related to COVID-19 pandemic. Then, we propose legal and practical guidelines to robustify the usage of CC Licenses in Computer Science based on the obtained findings.
