The paradigm shift in special education from ‘segregated instruction’ to ‘mainstreaming’, integrated education’ and ‘inclusive education’ has been part of the discourse of professionals in education worldwide in the last three decades. Even though successive government schemes and programs have brought large numbers of children with disabilities into schools, there remain significant gaps. This course aims to develop capacities among the educators including heads, principals, in-service and pre-service teachers to teach children in regular classrooms developed under OER4BW, UNESCO Slovenia.
