As CC Platform Working Group on Platform Liability, we've been working on a policy position paper with members from different regions on platform copyright liabilities countries impose or plan to impose and how their implementation and relevant technologies adopted to achieve that aim would affect CC licensed content and users'/uploaders' freedom to share. We'd like to present some of initial findings during the CC summit.
