"The session aims to present a feasibility study resulting from the collaboration between the Italian Chapter of Creative Commons and the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). The aim is to create a system of licenses regulating the privacy issues online, inspired by the Creative Commons licenses system. The study is also relevant for the copyright sector and for the use of CC licenses, considering the increasing linking between copyright, right of image, privacy right and personal data management. "
