Glia works to develop, validate, & disseminate high-quality, open-access medical equipment for global use, especially in low-income, & low-resource communities. We provide open & equitable access to all work, data, & procedures while making software & hardware plans available to allow others to independently build high-quality, validated, safe, & affordable medical devices. Provision of inexpensive & modifiable devices will improve patient care by providing rural & disadvantaged communities with improved access to important life-saving, high-quality medical devices approved by Health Canada.
